Indigo to Periwinkle Ombré skating dress

Ombré figure skating dress with tulip sleeves and matching chiffon skirt. Bodice is fully lined and back closes with an invisible zipper. Crystal glass rhinestones in various sizes across the front and back. Chiffon hair tie included.
