Refund and Return Policy

Regular priced items may be returned within 7 days of possession (delivery) of your purchased product for a refund or within 30 days for an exchange.

Sale items (discounted less than 40%) may be exchanged only for store credit or our gift card within 30 days.

No refunds or exchanges on Clearance Items (discounted 40% or more), worn or damaged product, or gift cards.

To initiate a return, you can email us through our contact page or call 226-820-4713. We will issue a Return Authorization Number and provide instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a Return/Return Number will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for shipping fees on return shipments for refund or exchange. Most exchanged shipments can be shipped back to the customer at no extra cost. Return shipping must be a pre-paid, traceable method to ensure safe delivery.

Damages and issues
Please review your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we’ve received and evaluated your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
